The Rules Related to Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan

The national flag There are some rules related to hoisting the national flag in the country. It is also important to be aware of them. If the tricolor is not hoisted according to these rules, then strict action can be taken against you. For this, the Flag Code 2002 has been prepared by the Government of India. It gives guidelines related to the use, exhibition and hoisting of the national flag. It was implemented on 26 January 2002.

• Flag will not be used for commercial purposes.
•  The flag shall not be lowered to salute any person or thing.
• The flag shall not be used as a uniform or dress. The flag cannot be printed on handkerchiefs, pillows or any other dress.
•  The flag shall not be used to cover a building.
•  The flag shall not be lowered to salute any person or thing.
•  No advertisement/notification/record should be written on the flag.
• The flag shall not be used to cover the roof of a vehicle, train, boat, aircraft, etc.
• No other flag should be flown at the same height or above the Indian flag.

• After this you have to enter your name and mobile number and click on Next. Apart from this, you can also login directly from Gmail.

• Now your registration is complete. You can download your certificate by clicking on Download Certificate.

The citizens can download the certificate document in png format as soon as they register themselves online.

1. Open the official portal of Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign at harghartiranga.com
2. Pin a Flag on the portal.
3. Adjust the location where the citizen wishes to pin the flag.
4. Once the flag is successfully pinned, the notification will appear on the screen displaying the success of the action.
5. The prompt shall also display the option to download the Certificate.
6. Tap on the option of Download Certificate.
7. The certificate will open up on the screen.
